一、企業團訓特點
　　1.根據客戶公司行業特質，員工工作性質，員工現有水平確立培訓預計目標，量身定制針對性課程。

二、企業團訓流程
　　1.企業客戶咨詢：了解企業背景，企業培訓的需求和目的等。
　　2.學員水平測試：由專業老師進行筆試和口試兩項（約四十分鐘）。
　　3.教學內容和教材的選定：教學內容將根據企業培訓需求，教材根據學員測試結果進行編排。
　　4.專職教師配置：綜合以上因素配置最合適的授課教師。
　　5.報價以及客戶確定。

三、企業團訓特色
　　定制課程：根據企業的需求量身定制的課程，組織員工集體的培訓，以實用性強，周期短為特色，專業中外教相結合授課，師生互動，案例分析，分組討論，個性發言等。 
　　普通課程：以中心現有的經典課程為主，學員來中心學習，適用于作為個別員工培訓的需要。

四、企業團訓模式
　　派遣老師：學校可按照企業要求，由我方選派優秀的中外藉教師上門，企業員工授課，時間根據企業的需求安排調整。
　　來校培訓：企業可組織員工獨立成班來校參加學習，每班人數、時間、課程設置、教學內容、師資安排等參照現有學校課程情況而定。
異地培訓：學校根據企業要求提議培訓場地，由企業決定。人數，時間，課程設置，教學內容，其他拓展，師資安排等參照學校課程情況而定。
